Puzzle piece doesn’t relate to the movie.
What would make sense is to put a small spinning top instead of a jigsaw.
I think conceptually it makes sense with the puzzle and outlines, but the typefaces are all out-of-the-box.
Saul Bass didn’t use fonts.
He drew it all out. That’s craftsmanship.
This is all style, but without the craftsmanship.
