Looking for my path for architectural boards

I’m an structure pupil and I’m actually looking for my path in my drawings even though we don’t have photoshop lessons.

Have you ever any tips about how you can get the identical grain as within the illustration hooked up to this put up.

I’m actually wanting into this mild colored textured type.

I’m unsure if it’s the correct place to ask these varieties of questions so sorry prematurely.

Thanks !

  1. You can look for free textures via internet searches. Else, try the free stock image sites. There are too many sources of free imagery. Maybe someone who has a link to a list can post it. Image search terms I would think would work would be “free, texture, stone, concrete, rough”.

But don’t forget that your phone has a camera. And the entire world is made of concrete. There is nothing stopping you from making your own textures. I highly recommend this method because then you never have to worry about copyright or license or crediting the photographer.

  2. I like the third one reminds me of the rusty lake games. Second one is great you should not give up on character design. First one looks like the Berlin holocaust monument happens to the best of us
